As I mentioned in an earlier email, we will have a review of the 2015 season with our match officials and Range Officers. This will be an opportunity to discuss things that went well and things that need improvement. We will also look at rules that may require clarification or interpretation. The RO meeting will be at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 22nd, at Ruby’s, 4825 N Reserve St, Missoula. Any of our Range Officers (acting or certified) are welcome at the meeting.

We will have lunch provided from 11:30 to 12:30, for the RO meeting attendees and the stage design seminar attendees.

We will start the Stage Design Seminar at 1:00 p.m. The seminar will include elements of good stage design along with how to create or modify stages using Google SketchUp. We will not be discussing the detailed workings of SketchUp, but will be concentrating on how to use the tool with components (bays, targets, and props) that have already been created. We will distribute a DVD created by Joe Ocken with BSPSC components and the last 2 years of stage diagrams. If you have a laptop with SketchUp installed, please bring it with you, although it is not a requirement.
